I did a search and got tons of hits, although none seemed to contain info related to the exact parts used, and ground clearance issues.

So, has anybody done it? I want to keep my Cat, so I'm thinking of a short 3" pipe to a dynomax bullet and then dump right in front of the passenger rear tire.

Does anybody have pics of a similar install, anybody know of ground clearnce issues? My car's not lowered and I don't ever expect to lower it.

Also will it be excessivly loud? What about the legality of it -- All I heard is that in CA, the entire exit (The entire tip) needs to be completely behind the door, and must protrude slightly (half inch or so is fine)

 

I have seen a guy with a 93-96 Z28 with a full side exhaust like the old corvettes sounds pretty neat too nothing loud just mellow! If it was me it would some how find a way to roar lol but still is nice to see!
