Should I use a High Flow Cat or not??

car currently has true duals...have a hooker catback and y-pipe in the garage, gunna get it put on this weekend, also have a high flow cat......i want to quite it up a bit (just did heads/cam and it has long tubes), should i not use the cat, or maybe use the cat and put a cutout b4 it.......thoughts?.....

If you want to quiet it up, definatley use a cat. It won't be as much power but will be a lot quieter. I suggest getting a high flow cat from Random Tech, so it is still legal and quiets it some, but won't loose as much power. If you want more power get an electric cut out and weld it before the cat
