Should I re-use ARP rod bolts in 600rwtq car?
They only have about 13,000 miles on them, and they are clearanced for the 396 so I would rather re-use them unless those who know what they're doing advise strongly against it.
And I don't have a part number but would 50 ft-lbs be about right?

ARP says they can be reused as long as they have not been overstreached. This could happen by over torque at initial assembly, or high loads in operation. Only way to know if they are streached, would be to have measured them new...then measured again at tare down.
If in doubt, buy new ones. However, if they are pressed in rod bolts with nuts, I would think rods could be distorted, if cap screws, you should be fine changing.
As for torque spec, you need to find out what the part# was, or at least the thread size and pitch, and check on ARP's website. www.arp-bolts.com
depending on size, and type of lube used on the threads and under the nut can greatly change what torque spec to use.
