Should I mod my Hawk???

Hey guys, just wondering if I should add some mods or not to my 94 Firehawk. The car in itself is pretty fast however, I am used to a daily driver with modified twin turbos so the Hawk feels a bit "slow(er)". I don't want to ruin the originality of the Firehawk as it is 100% stock. Should I mod or not. What are the best quick tricks to do?

Thanks all

Vince

Vince, I like doing stuff to my car that is reversable. Simple bolt on parts will make the car much more fun to drive, and leave the car able to be returned to stock. By simple bolt on stuff I'm talking K&N filter(in your case with ram air), headers, a nice catback, a shifter and some other things. If you keep whatever parts you take off your car can be returned to stock whenever. If you want to get a little more involved you can do gears, roller rockers etc. Tell us how much fun you want to have and we'll tell you what you need to get there

I would mod it. IMO.
doesn't take much to get much out of it without totally going all out.

Like everyone said, do reversable mods. I too have a 94 Hawk (#303) and I decided to go "all out". A year or so ago, I dropped in a 396 stroker with all the fixins' and man, what a car. Looks and power to match. Like my buddy always says, "It's a lot like a sore pecker......hard to beat it." ;-)

In short, do what you like, when you like. If you ever wanna sell it and are worried about the old farts bitching about "It's not original" change everything back. Nuff sed. Have fun and see ya around.

I would leave it stock myslef, for a higher value later. If your gonna keep it than just enjoy the car how ever you want.

why do so many people worry about the car "for the next guy" if your using the car as an investent, hate to tell you this but you should rethink you financial stratagy.
Do what YOU want to the car and enjoy it
