I would imagine to some extent, there can't be a huge difference. Maybe there are some aftermarket seals that will last longer, but is there anything wrong with replacing mine with the stock replacement seals? Thanks

I don't see why not, when I broken a couple of valve springs I needed to replace a couple of seal that I got from NAPA for 1.88 each. They seem to hold up very well, also I've heard the rubber seals are better then nylon/plastic type.

The seals to get for superior longevity and sealilng ability would be labeled as 'viton' valve stem seals. Consider them a high performance seal. Far superior to ordinary rubber seals. Teflon valve stem seals are not a good choice for street engines that see frequent use.
