Should I get the slp catback?

My friend has a 2000 firehawk with the slp catback (stock). now he said that he would sell it to me for 200 bucks. first off, is that a good deal? second, will it fit my 97 z28 (he said it would and he knows alot about them)?

now I am planning on running pacesetter lt's and y-pipe (race headers)
with the slp catback.

as it say's in my sig i now have borla, but he say's borla is krap for power.

am i better off staying with borla? or buying the slp catback system?

i had also thought about running true duals, but he said there would not be much difference betwwen that and my borla.

i would really appriciate some input here. thanx

ps. if i get the slp the borla will be going on my wifes 2001 ws6

If it's an SLP L/M then go for it!! If you can handle the sound.

Borla is stainless and is a great flowing exhaust. The SLP exhaust he has that comes stock on those cars flows OKAY but it's nothing special. It's not the same exhaust as the LM/LoudMouth that the moran above is talking about.

Keep the borla tell your friend to stfu.
