sounds like they removed the evap purge valve.

there is a vacuum line also that comes out of the harness back there for the HVAC system

do any of then hiss or suck while the engine is running (put your finger over them).

 

I will try and get some pics up when i get back in town... I am visiting family in michigan this week, I appreciate all the help from you guys. If I had more time this would be more of a project for myself, between my 2 daughters basketball practice and gymnastics and working there really is no time for this car. I got promoted at work so now theres more hours at work then when i got the car.... damn job!!!
