shop in so-cal for rebuild?cost?

I live on camp pendleton in san-diego/oceanside area and when i get back i will be pulling the motor for a low-compression 383 rebuild. I will be supplying the dis-assembled block with the crank, rods, pistons, rings, bearings, timing chain assy, and cam. I'm looking to get the block completeley cleaned, balanced, clearenced, bored, zero decked and assembled. Does anyone know a reputable shop some where in southern california?
How much do you think this would cost?
all opinions welcomed and experinces with your shop and how everything went with the whole process would be nice too.
Thanks,
Tony

You should post this in the western section might get more replys. To help you out there is a shop little up north from you called DonLee auto they have done a bunch of LS1 and LT1 build up motors for the locals in the so-cal area. There prices are great, it all depends on what you what done. I had my motor done up by them and very pleased on the service and turn around time it took them to finish.
