Searched and all I could find was the part number for the hose. I need the pn for the plastic elbow that connect the PCV hose into the pass. side valve cover. Thanks a bunch.

I looked back in the posts and several people said that the hose did not come with the elbow.

n/m I'm a retard. I wrote down the PN for the metal tube on the drivers side and hose on the pass side. Guess I'll go back to gmpartsdirect and pay $10 for shipping on a $3 item.

Get this:
It'll replace the elbow with an oil seperator:
Deutsch Oil Seperater Breather BF412 [or Purolator part B23165 or Fram BA 6592]
Pep Boys, NAPA, etc..
And it helps that oil going to the TB prob a bit also..

25095452 is also delco # cv695c
Could be I'm also reading the parts manual diagram wrong.
EDIT: Yep, that was the case. Shoebox has the right parts #. Too many pcv parts, and didnt see that one.
