There are no codes directly related to fuel pressure. If I was going to buy a pump, I would look into Racetronix products.

I would also suggest a racetronix pump I just installed mine last sunday, be advised though you will not get instructions. In the kit you get all the things to change the pump but no instructions. LOL I know it is a fairly simple install but some things are diferent with the pump than a factory replacement one. I emailed racetronix to try to get the instructions but got an auto responce telling me to contact the distributor that I got it from . So I call Thunder Racing and they tell me that racetronix dosen't supply them with there kit because they were told "if you need instructions to change a fuel pump, then you shouldn't be changing one"
I will say though that Thunder racing has excellent costumer service . I got mine delivered the next day for $190.51 Thunder Racing

Everything?

The $150.00 kit comes with everything needed to replace the pump?

The checkvalve is built into the pump.

GM only lists the pump as part of a "module". GM PART # 25164521. It is the whole assembly of pump, sender, strainer pipes and electrical harness. $412 retail, $206 wholesale.
