I am interested also in high speed stability...
if shocks wear out does it mean that the eibach springs are worn too???

No comparison, if you're more auto-cross than drag race, I'd go Bilsteins. Drag race... Hals.
KYB is an ok shock for the money, I just don't think they compare to Bilstein, Koni, etc.. JMO of course.
