Are shifters for ALL T56s the same?

Will a Ripper shifter or a Pro 5.0 shifter from an LT1 or LS1 Fbody T56 work with a T56 in a C5?

I've heard the Pro 5.0 is better than the Ripper because the 5.0 is a 2 piece design and you can use that Lou's Short Stick thing on it, where the Ripper is a one piece design. They're both short shifts though, which one is shorter?

your joking right camarocks? you've got like 5000 posts and you've never seen the shifter posts.?

Do a search on the shifters. You'll get plenty of links that'll have the answers your looking for.

Personally I think the Pro. 5.0 is the best shifter hands down. And yes the shifters are the same btw an LS1 and Lt1 car.

most guys say that the Pro 5.0 is better than the ripper...from what i have seen posted.

as for the stick, i think Lou makes a specific short stick that fits the Pro5.0. check out his website, link in my sig
