Shift kit or not?

I was thinking of putting a shift kit in my car but am wondering whether the guy that had it before me put one in already. I bought it from a dealer so he wouldn't know. Every time I slam it and shift from 1st to 2nd at wide-open throttle - it always chirps the tires . It's cool that I can to that but I don't know if there is a shift kit installed or it's just a factory freak. Have any ideas?

The chirp is normal. With the Trans-go I had...It even caught 3rd! Also, with their shift-kit, you can hold any gear as long as you want. You wouldn't have that 1st to 2nd forced shift even if you were in 1st. This is stock. A PCM reprogramming can firm up shifts also.
