I recently set the valves which consist of 1.6 rockers set them by the haynes manual and the car wont start seems like its not getting much spark out the plugs but i changed the optispark still no luck any suggestions?

 

A no start condition will be caused by valves being too tight or too loose. Most of the time they end up being too tight.
