I was driving to class on Friday and I got an SES light while sitting at a stoplight. Then about 2-3 minutes later it went away. So I'm wondering now if there is any way to recall the last code that was triggered. If there's no way to recall it I guess I'll have to just wait to see if it reoccurs.

Any time the light comes on a code is set. The fact that the light went out means the problem corrected itself but the code will remain in the computer until cleared.

 

I would guess an EGR fault. but have it scanned and find out. the code should still be in there unless you drive it for a week or 2 and the problem is not there.

 

Alrite, I've just been too lazy to go outside, hook my laptop up, and scan my car. I guess I'll get around to that today and let you guys know if I could recall the code.

 

probably was just an exhaust code...
