SES Light On - Suggestions?

Hey everyone.
I was idling. My engine got hot, but not in the red and my SES light came up. I dont know if the heat is related to the light, but I noticed there is some type of plug by my PCM that was disconnected.

Here is a picture of it:

What is this? Could this be tripping the light? If so, where does it go?

That looks like the fuel pump prime connector. Is the wire red (can't tell from your pic)? It is not supposed to be connected to anything. Take it to Autozone. They will scan it for free.
