I had my car scanned and the code came up on the scanner as something to the effect of " MAF sensor, low voltage" I can't remember exctly what it said as it was late. I know jack about electronic/electrical stuff so I would like to find out from you guys possibly how to fix this problem. What do I do?

 

Well, try to borrow a friend's MAF and check to see if it takes care of the problem. You can also find used ones for under $60 shipped on the board.
