ses light code 430

i just got a new opti put on my car about a week ago. now about 5 days later my check engine light came on again. took it back to the mechanic did another dignostic, now its throwing code 430 which my mechanic says its a cloged cat on the right bank, and a mesed up o2 sensor. Does anyone know if a clogged cat and messed up o2 sensor will make the car run poor. or do you think my cheap remanufacterd opti is the problem. the car is showing the same symptoms of before like when the opti was going out. THANKS YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

430 is not a valid code

might it be P0430?

"P0430 Catalytic Converter system low efficiency Bank 2"

odds are you need a cat(this is the pass side one)

Could be the cat, could be the sensor. Swap the two after-cat sensors side to side. If the codes follows the sensor, its a sensor problem. If the code stays on the same side, its a dead cat or a wiring problem.
