blinking ses is a misfire. How old is the ignition system, i.e. opti, plugs, wires, coil?

The GM code listing show P0154 indicates "B2S1 (passenger side/precat) Heated O2 sensor circuit no activity", and the strategy description shows "circuit continuity detects an O2 circuit open". In other words, either the wire is bad (do you have extensions?) or the O2 sensor is deceased.

Swap the two precat sensors side to side. If the code follows the sensor (P0140) its a faulty sensor. If the problem stays on Bank 2, its a faulty wire.

The P0154 code is strictly related to the O2 sensor. It may cause misfires, since the A/F ratio gets screwed up on that side of the engine. Its not an Opti problem, a coil problem, a plug or wire problem. Its an O2 sensor problem. The misfire can be related to all the above, but fix the O2 sensor first.

Use only the AC/Delco OEM replacements. Shoebox has the part # on his website. They will be cheaper from someone like Jason Cromer. Shoebox also has his contact info on his site.

But before you start playing parts replacement roulette.... do the test I suggested to determine if its the sensor or the wire.
