Alright, did the little trick, got a code 43, which according to the book is a bad knock sensor or connection. If my knock sensor is bad, would it automatically pull the 10* of timing out? That would explain the massive loss in performance. I used to pull my friends 94Z pretty well with my slipping tranny (he's stock and 2.73) and I got my *** handed to him today with my new built 700r4. The car is just absolutely gutless at low rpms, won't even spin the tires... and I have a 2500 stall converter, racing clutches, bigger boost valve, shift kit, and 3.23's... it should be spinning for blocks. So yeah anyway, replace the knock sensor? its only like 30 bucks
