service engine light on?

service engine light on?
I put a tranny cooler in the z yesterdaychanged the atf fluid ,filter, installed 160 thermostat, changed the oil and the anitfreeze and did the throtle body bypass and now the light is on. Any ideas why? The only thing that I can think of is that I ran the car while doing the antifreeze change whith the air intake and maf sensor off.
