Service Engine Light

Did a search but couldn't find all that much and I know these are kind of hard to diagnose without the exact code:
Was flooring the car up a hill and the SES light came on at WOT. It stayed on for a good ten seconds (solid) and then went off. Any ideas? It's done this a few times now on the same hill....

O2 sensor. Same thing happened to me about 6 mos ago in my V6. It was the sensor before the catalytic convertor.

Wouldn't the O2's trigger bad anytime "but" WOT though since the engine doesnt read from the O2's at all in WOT... ? Hopefully it's just my o2's.. (i just changed them but put in crappy bosches.. never gona buy bosch O2's again if it is them..)
