Sounds like a bad belt tensioner. Shouldnt be much to buy a new one.

Doing donuts is hard on the power steering pump. Excessive pressure and resulting drag. It is common to pop a belt doing them. It is also common for the pump to blow.

i thought it wasnt bad as long as you dont turn the wheel all the way i only turn it like halfway. Where can i get a new tensioner just a dealer.

Try NAPA or Carquest. Those are just 2 locals that i know would have it.

anywhere, but I would only but an AC delco. I bought one from napa and from a month I was loosing belt left and right. I put the stock one back on problem solved. I found out the hard way that the tentioner pulley was not running in the center of the belt. It was pulling the belt off..
