To much coolant

To much coolant
I had some coolant spill out of the overflow tank today, could it be that i had to much coolant in it? I Just put in a new raidator this week.
(also, the tempature was 210(20?) when it spilled.

change the radiator cap
if the cap is not holding the 18psi that the system requires it will spill over into the tank and thus cause an overflow

Ok, i bought a new cap from Autozone...eh...only problem is, thats its a cheapo, its the only one they had. It was only like $3. Should i look for a better one. I mean, im not one who always buys the most expensive things, but cost is a sign of quality, and this thing DOES look like it would only cost 3 bucks.
