Serious Idle Issues!

Hey guys its me again and im still having idle issues with my 94. I'm contemplating selling it off if I can't fix it. I've checked vacuum hoses, changed my IAC valve, cleaned my throttle body, tuned my car up. My idle has gotten much worse as of late, and especially when the car has warmed up a little. I hear a loud hissing noise from the motor when it idles up and down. Are there any vacuum hoses that are notorious for screwing up? My car idles from 550-1400 in gear at stoplights and its scary. I have to slam on the brakes for it not to move. I pulled off a vacuum hose earlier and the idle hardly changed, it was leaking a ton of air and the idle changed, but I put it back on and it temporarily got better. My IAC counts were 12-14 @idle in gear and then all the way up to 42-46 when surging. Any ideas?

What is your vacuum level before and after warm up?
