Sensor location

I keep getting a high IAT input fault. I went to a dealership ( was up there picking something else up and figured I could get 2 things knocked out) and picked up the sensor. When I got it I thought it looked wrong but maybe I was just mistaken. Get home and find out it is not where I thought it goes. Can someone tell me exactly where the intake air sensor is located? Also what can trigger this fault. Thanks

Re: Sensor location

the IAT should be in the rubber intake elbow, not too far from the MAF, towards the throttle body

Cool thanks. That where I thought it was at. Guess I'll have to run and get another sensor. Thanks
