semi high compression motor, what spark plug gap?

i have a fresh 360 ci lt1 it has the lt4 hot cam, ported heads, and all bolt ons, long tubes etc. i was wondering what the spark plug be on a motor that has between 11.1 to 1 and 11.3 to 1. i have the flat top pistons 11.1 to 1, stock deck height, heads havent been milled and i used the fell pro gaskets that i understand are slightly thinner than the stock gaskets. one other thing what plugs should i use, i was thinking ngk spark plugs, but does anybody any suggestions or comments?

thank you justin
