whats the best kind of battery for me to buy for my z. i need the best to work with underdrive pulleys, msd digital6, and a 750watt sub

let's see... the underdrive is killing your alternator charging (unless you got the alternator pulley too)... the 750watt amp isn't drawing that much...

But to answer your question... I'm a bit Optima fan myself.. I'd say all you need is just a red-top...

now if you were a little more extreme like mine (200 amp alternator, Stereo fused @ 200amps) I'd suggest atleast a yellow top if not both a red and yellow (I'm running just a yellow and am fine... for now atleast )

I like the Die-Hard Gold from Sears quite well. They have a great warranty too.

I'm using Exide Maxxima, it's basically the same as the Optima, with a bit more cranking power.
