let's see... the underdrive is killing your alternator charging (unless you got the alternator pulley too)... the 750watt amp isn't drawing that much...

But to answer your question... I'm a bit Optima fan myself.. I'd say all you need is just a red-top...

now if you were a little more extreme like mine (200 amp alternator, Stereo fused @ 200amps) I'd suggest atleast a yellow top if not both a red and yellow (I'm running just a yellow and am fine... for now atleast )

 

I like the Die-Hard Gold from Sears quite well. They have a great warranty too.

 

Optima yellow is what I have and I have no problems, but I don't have underdrives. See sig for amp

I've always used Diehard battteries and never had a problem yet.

 

I'm using Exide Maxxima, it's basically the same as the Optima, with a bit more cranking power.
