No, it will not work. You '95 guys have OBDI with an OBDII connector. Auto X-ray did have an OBDI scan tool with the proper cable. Look up their site and see if they still offer it.

Do a search.... I list all the units and their prices, from $170 to $3,000. The low $$$$ ones for OBD-I are the Auto X-Ray ($170), ScanMaster ($250) and I believe the Actron OBD-I is around $150.... but I need to check my sources.
