Scanmaster: O2 readings going crazy

When I start my car, my Scanmaster reads 450-ish, and climbs to 850-900 as I go along. When the car gets warm, the readings just start jumping all over the place. Any number is likely to show up (0-999). However, when I let off the throttle and coast, the numbers drop back down to less than 100. Are my O2 sensors toast?

Oh, I'm running Hooker shorties, !air, !egr, Hooker Y-pipe, no exhaust leaks.
Thanks!!

Fred

Re: Scanmaster: O2 readings going crazy

It's normal for the O2 readings to be all over the place in closed loop and normal driving.

hmmm...ok. I was under the impression (by reading the installation sheet and some other articles) that it would stay around the 800-999 range during use. I'd think the wide range of readings during use would make it difficult to tell if things were going wrong.
