I couldn't really remember to fix exactly myself, so I added a text file online in the Mediafire site named "Readme about non-US pc formatting.txt"

Thanks again guys! GaryDouge i downloaded the file. i will do a new test run after i made the changes to my pc. then i post a new csv file here if you Injuneer want to see it again. do absolutely don't feel that it will be burden only if you have time. Best regards Ron
