Safe to do Cam swap

I got my Plan B. Cam in today (No not the one I'm selling currently) and I was just wondering... My car does

65psi-cold startup of pressure
Driving 40-psi
Idle 20-psi

of course this all got better after the new lifters.

Is this good enough oil pressure to do a cam swap safely...

criticism welcomed.

Re: Safe to do Cam swap

How many miles on the car? Just be careful and clean. I have heard and seen too many horror stories about spinning a bearing after a cam swap. Just be clean by making sure you leave no residure or contaminates in the oil valley or valve train area and every thing should be ok. I alway drop a towel or paper towels in the oil valley when changing a cam and/or heads and clean out any residue I can see before installing the timing cover and intake when reassembling. Good luck.
