SA rockers vs. NSA rockers

which are better to use? i going with 1.6 rr and 7/16" studs.

NSA are more stable. End of story.

Just be sure that you use either Isky adjustable guideplates, or the GM guideplates

On a side note, I don't know of any SA rockers that are available for 7/16 studs

There are no SA rockers available for a 7/16" Stud that I am aware of.
