well mine dynoed 276 on a day that it set at the shop all day long.....finally after they installed the nitrous kit and it was completely cold they dynoed it......Then I put the longtubes on and it dynoed 289 when I pulled striaght off the road and right onto the dyno to get a pull....I was the first car dynoed. So they help alot and sound awesome.

Those are VERY GOOD numbers for an A4. A4's are usually in the 230's stock.

I beleive tis about a 10 hour job. Its best to find some one that has done it before to help you out.

Unless you want to pay $800 in Labor to get it done.

The msot popular Cam is the LT4 cam along with 1.6 RR and sprigns and so on. I think the kit goes for $450 or so.

Do a search on it it it very common.

As far as your numbers go I'd say that they are pretty good number from what I have seen on here.
