Runs rough after cold start in the cold

So this is the second year this has been happening. When it get cold at night (below 30 deg or so) when i start the car up in the morning it runs really rough for like the first minute, and the colder it is out side the longer it runs rough for.

Now when i say rough it fells like a bad miss on 1 or 2 cylinders.

The car runs pretty rich at ldel. Opti is new and 02's are newish.

No codes. I have a scanner i can hook up if needed.

I do have to start up and go a lot.

When i do it shudders/missfires in first gear, once it gets out of first it feels a lot better and about a minute latter everything is fine.
