Runs great in heat

Well I don't know if anyone followed that mixed all to hell thread "Air pump cracked causing problems" I had going on but now here I am waiting on my cable so I can scan the car. Now I had spilled coolant quite a bit doing a 160 stat install a few weeks back and I know some got into the opti because right after reinstalling everything and firing it up it ran like complete *** but it did fire up. Well the other day after a good rain and it was a lil cool outside, the car wouldn't start at all, it would almost start but it was more of a spit and sputter. It would crank and crank but no start, so we pulled the coil wire and tested the coil and it had spark. Well later that same day I went out after it warmed up a bit and got sunny, and the car hard started but did start up. Whats funny though is there were no misses like before and it actually ran well. Well yesterday I went to start it up and once again right after a rain it wouldn't start up. Now today just a little bit ago I went outside to see if it would start up so I could drive it to a buddies to park and do my opti and header swap tomorrow (doing this in case it rains tonight like its supposed to and I can't get it started tomorrow). The thing fired right up, without even a slight hard start, started up like it was brand new and idled perfectly. Went to take off, and still not a single problem, no stumble, no hesitation, nothing, drove like nothing had ever been wrong, and did this all the way to his place.

This seemed a little odd to me, I still have the fans on and SES light the whole time, but im almost positive thats the A.I.R pump blowing the fuse, which will be taken care of with the header install, and I"ll know that for sure once I get the cable for my scanner in.

I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this before. Seems a bit weired to me.

If you suspect the air pump is blowing the fuse, why didn't you just try unplugging the air pump and see if the fuse doesn't blow?????????

I think that was a service bulliten on 95's(I could be wrong tho)
Something about the wiring being bad on the air pump and causing it to
blow fuses

because at my apartment complex I don't have access to any way of getting the car up in the air or anything and wasn't sure as to where the harness was to the AIR pump so I could do it from the top, but noone answered me when I asked on here so I just left it alone and figured I'd mess with it once I got to do my header install.

the air pump is very easy to unplug. you can get to it from the top with no trouble at all. just follow the wires coming out of the pump, its right there.
