BAD O2s I think that is what it is... but turbo Z you are also right with the IAC count.. it should change if you do ANYTHING to the throttle blades... but then again I think that would make the car stumble, not go rich?? what do you think?
a vacuum leak will affect the IAC counts... probably not so much the rough idle but it wouldnt help it any.

O2 mV should range from 0-900 in closed loop and fluctuate several times/sec so you cant really read it.. just see that they #s are moving. i think he needs to fix the problems that are abvious first... beside saying the car runs like hell, the IAC counts and BLMs are all he has supplied for people to miraculously fix the car.

you closed the throttle blades and the IAC is still 9?!.. i find that a little hard to believe. and if in fact it is then something is wrong with the sensor or the harness or you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

then you say you "checked" the fuel pressure.. i said back off the fuel pressure.. not quite the same thing there.

Ok, With his old IAC we would not get a count reading. That's when we took off the TB and cleaned everything. When the IAC was out of the TB we energized it, it only moved wee bit. We then bought a new one. Once installed, at first we didn't get a reading ethier at idle. Giving the car a little throttle the IAC counts would move. Then at idle we backed out the idle screw almost all the way out. The linkage wasn't even touching the screw. That's when we saw the IAC count at 9. Even pushing on the linkage to close the blades tighter didn't make the IAC count go any higher than 9.

On the 02's. We replaced both of them and still had the same 02 readings.

My thinking now is leaning towards the injectors. I want to move the left bank to the rightside and the rightside to the left and see if the 02 readings change.

On your quote - "i think you are the one who needs to "re-read"
It wasn't meant to sound the way you have may have taken it, were just frustrated with this mess and it not easy doing this via a forum. Were sorry if we offended you in any way.

Use an injector cleaner before changing them.. I think its easier that way!!

Anyways its just 4 screws and some clips...

check the cables to the IAC that are not worn burnt (doubt it) or something similar...
