running REALLY lean after cam swap

I just got my car back and when I got home to look it over with freescan noticed it was REALLY lean. My long terms are a L-151 and R-160 with my short terms being good on the left but right is pegged at 180. Looked over my injectors to make sure they are 36# and they are 36# like they my car is tuned for, I'm just lost.

Forgot to add a link for a short idle log:

Look for intake manifold or post MAF leaks?

I'll look for leaks tomorrow, and they are 36# Accels, with yellow tops and a weird metal thing coming out of the bottom to spread the gas I guess.

Accels are not that great of an injector in the first place last I heard. Is the engine tuned for the cam also?

In what Cells are the LTFT's 151 and 160? What does the O2 voltage look like on the right side? Sounds like it may be stationary at a very low level. Does it smell rich, which would indicate you have a "false" lean condition.

Is the complete exhaust hooked up.... i.e. no open headers?

What specifically was done to the car before you "got it back"?

I looked at the log. Max BLM on the left side is 136, max BLM on the right side is 128.

The log was labeled "test.csv" on the download site.

Can't be the right log.... a CC306 is not going to pull 35kPa at idle.

Yea, I uploaded wrong log at first, relinked to my tester.csv. The idle was at like 67kPa I think. Yes the log was at idle parked, after I found out how off the BLM's were I didn't want to move it. What's been done:
-CC306
-Supporting valve train and 1.6 Pro Mags
-Unvented opti has a vent harness from GM fitted onto it (vacuum source is EGR vacuum)
-EGR and AIR deleted
-LTs with maybe a three inch piece of pipe followed by a muffler on each side

all I can think of that I had done besides suspension crap and steering.

Tomorrow I plan on changing the oil because mechanic put too thick of oil in, pressure is 40 at idle and 60 anytime I touch the gas and I also want to look over all the wires to make sure nothing melted and I guess now I'll look for some vacuum leaks.

Here's the link again:

Clicked the link.... comes up as "Broken Link".

Checked what you typed with the "edit" button. You copied and pasted the link, and its got a bunch of dots in it rather than the correct letters and numbers for the address.

Well I just went outside and found two problems and fixed them. One was a vacuum leak at the elbow that I RTVed and the other was a spark plug boot started to melt a little on the back side so I wrapped it up in electrical tape and zip tied it away from the headers. Took two more logs, on.e more at park idling and one where I did a quick drive around two or three blocks.

Here are the links:
Idle - http://fb.esnips.com/doc/38420d9a-06...4823d9/306idle
Drive - http://fb.esnips.com/doc/abfbcd8b-68...f254f/306drive

Also, my car won't idle past 500rpm when I start it. The only way I can get it to idle at 1000rpm like its programmed to is to blip the throttle some. The whole time it idles, at 500 and at 1000rpm, the IAC is at 160.

After doing a couple of more runs, I have noticed that the car isn't lean, it has split BLMs in what looks like only cells 16,18,and 9 from what I have seen. Are those all idling cells or light crusing? 10,14,and 15 all were good with the blms being relatively close. Also my idle in park is good with the IAC being at 90, but once I put it in drive idle drops to about 700 and the IAC goes to 160.
