I have to turn my car around and that means I have to start it up. Right now, it has the radiator out and water only in the block but not the heads.

If I ran it at idle for 2 minutes max, would I potentially damage my heads? I just don't want to put this back together so it can run only 2 minutes.

I think you would be fine.

 

You'll be fine, running without water for a few min won't hurt ya.
It's actually rather common practice while troubleshooting Optis or testing a new build.

 

I would NOT run it more that 10-15 seconds without water flow.You will get hot spots.Not a good thing.The heads especially.

 

Only for a min. Probly would not hurt it. But be quick about it.

 

I've done it with no belt on the car (no flow), but not without coolant/water at all. Wouldn't think it'd do anything if under a minute or so.

Why don't you just push it? I've pushed a car up a driveway with 2 of us. 3 would be easy. 2 is WORK, but doable.
