rubbing sound from rear end?

i have a 94 camaro z28...the problem is when i get on my car theres this rubbing or grinding sound that seems like its coming from the rearend...but if i stay on it i can somewhat feel it around the center console just a little bit...it seemed like it only used to do it when iw as going fast and then got on it ...but now it seems like it does it when i ever i get on it..i changed my differential fluid about a week ago and the teeth looked good and the fluid that i took out looked clean...someone said it might be a bearing but it only does it if im getting on it not just when im cruising so it doenst seem like it would be the bearing...ne ideas would help ...thanks alot...patrick....

Could be u-joints in the driveshaft.

If u-joints were the cause of a rubbing sound, that would usually mean they were sticking or very tight (indicating lack of lubrication). Remove the shaft and feel them for smooth operation and the caps are not sticking. On the other end of the spectrum, there should not be any slack or looseness either.
