I have been facing a long battle with bogging at low RPMs with a load on the engine and an overall loss of power. This is especially the case when the car is warm. Car is an M6 and if I downshift to bring revs above 2k or so, it seems to clear up but still does not have the power I remember.

Mods: Edelbrock headers, CAI, exhaust, LT4 KM

Replaced opti/wires/plugs/coil and all look to be in good shape.

I finally broke down and got a cable and freescan.

Car has no codes

Looks like a have a major knock that retards the timing but don't know why?
