Rough idle and poor gas milage

I am having a rough idle, and the gas milage is down to around 12 MPG which isn't horrible, but I think it could be better.

I was thinkin of doing a few things like:
-New fuel filter
-Clean throttle body and IAC motor
-Clean MAP sensor
-Mabee new O2 sensors

Just a few ideas, the fuel filter has to be changed, but what are your thoughts about the rest?

Thanks
-Ted

your on the right track, I would "seafoam" before putting in the new O2s( AC Delco)not bosch.. it helps clean out carbon deposits...

12 MPG, that's horrible man. I get 20-21 in the city, usually about 25-28 on the highway. First off, replace your air filter, that's one of the biggest things that reduces MPG. Then, change your oil, replace the PCV valve, change your trans fluid, your rear diff fluid, check your tire pressure (35 psi cold is the best for gas mileage), replace your O2s, and check to see if you catalytic converter is clogged. That should pretty much cover it if you've replaced your wires and plugs.
