had that problem, had to re-adjust the valves 2 times. you gotta tighten the poly locks down until you hear a "click".

Tighten both together the last little bit, that usually works..

Never had any trouble with mine. If your rocker studs are crowned on the top, they won't hold as well.

and another thing is for some reason something inside my car is smoking. coming through the dash. donno what that could be. it wasnt doing that before the head n cam swap

would water be on the floor? it went out before and antifreeze was leaking into the cab on the passenger side floor.

you tightne the adjusting nut to your lash setting...then tighten down the poly lock..back off a smidge on the adjusting nut while holind the locking part in place..then tighten the adjusting nut the smidge...

that locks the poly lock down then the adjusting nut is turned another smidge to lock it in

I can say, without a reasonable doubt, that it is your heater core. Thats what mine did. Fogged up my windsheild, then the puddle on the passenger floor board. Either by-pass it or replace it, not too big of a deal.

i checked and there is no water on the floor board. its not cold down here yet so the windshield hasnt fogged up. i turned the heater on and it blows fine. i have no clue as to what it is. could having the water pump hooked to the ignition fuse under the hood have something to do with it?
