Just giving you a hard time. I don't know why mine came loose, I'm hoping I just didn't get them locked right.

You will get as many suggestions on proper polylock technique as you would
with "what's the best cam". What I have done for 25 years is to set the lock
with a box wrench and allen wrench tight by hand, then put a socket on the
nut and tighten with a torque wrench to 15 ft-lbs. Most of the time if you do
the first part correctly, you will find that to be 15 ft-lbs. This is a good way
to verify that all are tightened properly.

I torque the set screw to 25#. Never had one loosen up.
