I'm looking for a set of 1.6's for my cam swap and can't decide. Everyone tells me to go with Comp pro mags but I need nsa and the only ones I found that they make are for non center bolt valve covers. Can I use these without problems or should I look for something else?

 

I'm running Comp Pro Magnum NSA's with centerbolt valve covers. Have also ran Crane Golds. They are both a quality rocker.

 

Do you know the part number for the ones you used? Did you have to modify the valve covers in any way for them to fit?

 

Comp Cams Pro Magnum 7/16 NSA 1.6 roller rockers. Part # 1305-16.

I have composite valve covers and only drip tabs need to be trimmed. There may be a little more work involved in the steel covers.

 

Ok, that's not too bad. Next question. Who has the best price on these right now? I haven't really had time to shop around yet.

If you can get them for 250 dollars, you are doing pretty good.
