Yes, a roller rocker upgrade will add some extra power to your car. I would also upgrade the valve springs too while you are at it if you do step up to larger rocker arms.

 

A set of Hotcam springs and 1.6 CC Promags would be a nice way to make some more HP. But to do it right you might what to go with 7/16 studs and 7/16 Promags, along with GMPP guideplates and a set of hardened pushrods. Then throw in a mail order tune and your looking at a 25 to 20 HP increase.

 

RRs will definitely help. I picked up 4 mph in the 1/4 with rrs and a bump in rev limit.

 

If your gonna throw in a cam too, isn't it worth your money to just do a CC306 or the likes?
