I'm about to do a cam swap in my 93 Z28, the cam i'm going to run has too high of lift with 1.6's, so i'm running 1.5's.

My question: With modifications to the valve covers, will wide-body rockers work? I've got a set of Crane's on my old carbed 355, if i can use those that will save me some $. I've searched and found that non Self-aligning Comp 1.6's require trimming of the valve covers b/c they are too wide, are they considered wide-body or narrow in relation to wide-body Crane's?

anyone? Also, will the heads have to be milled at the base of the rocker studs for them to clear? Thanks
