which rocker stud to use?

are the Comp Cams "High Energy" Rocker Arm Studs, 7/16 alright to use with my new setup. I already have ordered the comp cams studs, but saw that most people recommend the ARP's. I know that the ARP's are really good. I just dont want to put some CC's on my car only to have the crap out later. I'm going to be using the LE2 cam btw with 7/16 1.6 pro mags.

BTW: Which springs would work good for this application? Anyone got any good suggestions?

I would have gotten spring recommendations for the LE2 cam from LE.
