are the rocker studs in a 93 lt1 3/8th?

Also thinking about putting roller rockers on and I've heard not to use 1.6's on stock springs due to spring bind and other mishaps. Will 1.52 rollers help at all?

 

Stock rocker studs as 3/8".

I ran Crane Gold 1.6 RR with stock springs for a
couple of years....no problems here.

IMO, I would not bother with 1.52 rockers. The price to performance ratio can't be that good. It's hard enough to feel an improvement with only 1.6s.

You have probably heard me say it before, that going to 1.6 rockers without a spring upgrade is like playing Russian Roulette. Breaking a spring at redline can be catastrophic. Some people like to take chances. Not me.

I didn't do a before/after dyno test on just the rockers but I
think most guys were claiming a 12-15 hp gain over the factory
1.5 rocker.
