If you put 1.6rr on the intake lobe and 1.7rr on the exhaust lobe of a cc305 would it equal the same lift as the cc306?

 

You will learn a lot more if you figure this out for yourself. It can be calculated easily. And the answer happens to be yes. But it won't perform the same as the duration and LSA (and hence the valve events) are still quite different.
